Why We Find It Appealing: The OfficeJet Pro 9015e is not the most potent inkjet all-in-one from HP, but it is the best option for most people. In practice, it prints at 19.6 ppm for text-only Word documents, 15 ppm for black and white PDFs, and 11.5 ppm for color PDFs. When printing two-sided documents, the speed decreases to 12.8 ppm for Word files and ten ppm for PDFs. Scanning is quick at 9.5 ppm for single-sided documents using the 35-page automatic document feeder. Duplex scanning is slower at 4.5 ppm because the ADF has to pull each sheet through twice to scan both sides.

Imperfections but Not Deal-Breakers: The main drawback of the OfficeJet Pro 9015e is likely its limited paper storage capacity with just a single 250-sheet tray. While this is a standard size for a personal printer, it may not be sufficient for individuals or businesses operating from home. Regarding the screen, the 9015e printer is smaller than the older HP printers. Although it functions properly, the reduced space makes it more difficult to accurately press the smallest buttons on the screen, such as the gear icon for accessing the settings. Expect to encounter some frustrating misclicks.
